U.A.E Lifts Threatening Ban over Blackberry

After an Important Announcement made by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) , All the Blackberry services in the U.A.E have been unblocked and will operate as normal even after the Security remains unchanged .

The TRA had made a statement saying that Saying that :

Blackberry services are now compliant with the UAE’s telecommunications regulatory framework.

The Beta Release of Firefox 4 Beta 1 for Android and Maemo5 (N900) was released on October 7th , Which is ready to be downloaded and tested . It’s built on the same technology platform as Firefox for the desktop and optimized for browsing on a mobile phone. Samsung Galaxy Tablet Launch date revealed

Samsung has announced the Release date of it’s Android Based tablet in the UK , stating the launch date as on 1st November . Together with this it has also revealed the Tablets Spec’s and Functionality . The Tablet is said to be available on Four US Wireless carriers  : Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile .

Samsung To Drop Support for Symbian

Samsung has said to it’s developers that Samsung Mobile Innovator will discontinue its Symbian support service from December . This news has been out just after the Sony Ericsson had decided to Drop Using Symbian for it’s smartphones . The Drop out will begin to roll out from the 29th of October and the contents to be removed by 31 st of December .

HCL’s 35$ Indian Tablet to Be Scheduled to Release by January

The 35$ Indian Tabled named -Sakshat made by HCL technologies , is Scheduled to be released by January 10th the next year , and will be available for University-Level students . The HRD ministry of India had planned to manufacture 100,000 low-cost computers under a government project to boost the role of technology in education and these will be tested by IIT , Rajastan .

Nokia Get’s a New CEO From Microsoft

The Previous search  for a new Nokia CEO to replace Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo has now been fulfilled . The  new CEO  – Stephen Elop, the president of Microsoft’s Business division has been announced as the new CEO of Nokia and will be run by a Canadian .
