Facebook Launches New Webpage with no data fees

Facebook has Launched it’s new Web page for Mobile 0.facebook.com which is much faster and includes no data fees , Yes it allows you to browse the web page without charging you on your mobile .

This new website will be available on 45 + Countries , with 50 and above mobile operators and wireless services. Most of these operators are partners now with Facebook who have worked to provide surfing on Facebook for Free of charge . Operators such as T-Mobile, Digicel, Vodafone, and MTN all support the new Facebook .

Youtube celebrates 5th year

Youtube celebrates it’s 5th year with more than 2Billion Video Views . Less than Five years ago , Google had accquired Youtube for about $ 1.65 Million . Since then youtube has grown bigger with more than 24 Hours of video Uploaded per minute , and alsmot 70% of the traffic comes from the U.S.

As a part of the celebration youtube creates it own channel , The Fift Year Channel . In this channel youtube gives others an opportunity to upload their own videos of how their life’s have been dependent on YouTube .

Google Giving out Google Voice Invitations to College Students

The major Search engine Google , has rolled out a New page giving out invitations for Students . Google write on their blog

“We’ve heard college students in particular really appreciate getting their voicemail sent to their email, sending free text messages and reading voicemail transcriptions rather than listening to messages (especially handy while in class).”

Android 2.2 (Froyo) will Add Tethering & WiFi Hotspot

Google has come up with it’s next update for the Google Android OS . The Android 2.2 which has bees codenamed as Froyo . As Reported by Techcrunch “Google added a plastic desert sculpture of a frozen yogurt outside of their Android building today (here’s Eclair, the last version), indicating the imminent arrival of the next version of the Android operating system, Android 2.2, AKA Froyo.”

This New Google Android Operating system will support Tethering and WiFi Connectivity (MiFi)  via USB which will then allow users to use their Device as a Modem and share their Internet connectivity.
