Twitter has got itself a new makeover which was accessible by some users from December 2011. It has a newly designed Top bar showing links to Home, Connect and Discover. The new Homepage changes it’s background colors vibrantly and gives it a unique touch of glow.

The New design is being rolled out to users, and will be available to all soon.
