Microsoft is on it’s way to gain complete control and access to all the Skype features and embed them within it’s software’s and devices to make it much more accessible for users on their network . It also intends to keep the software available for various Operating platforms to keep families and different users connected to their clients and friends .

This is a really wealthy investment that Microsoft has chosen to make with Skype . With millions of users on Skype using it almost daily to communicate through voice and video , Microsoft could dedicate it’s staff to make it a much better service considering the recent outages that Skype had unexpectedly faced .
