The US Authorities are on a crackdown to Bring down all the Websites and Servers streaming Movie Content . Related to This major crackdown , the US Authorities have Taken down a Large Free WordPress Host (Blogetery.com), Hosting around 73,671 Blogs .

The Owner of This Blogging network has said that : His Host with more than 73,000 Blogs hosted was taken down by the orders of the Authorities .

Blogetery.com was Hosted by BurstNet for 7 months and was taken down on Friday 9th of July all of a sudden and on Monday the Owner had received an Email from BurstNet saying :

Due to the history of abuse and on going abuse on this ‘bn.***********’ server.

We have opted to terminate this server, effective immediately. This termination applies to: bn.affiliateplex.com

BurstNET Technologies, Inc

Further correspondence received the following response:

Bn.xx*********** was terminated by request of law enforcement officials, due to material hosted on the server.

We are limited as to the details we can provide to you, but note that this was a critical matter and the only available option to us was to immediately deactivate the server.

…and a later clarification:

Please note that this was not a typical case, in which suspension and notification would be the norm. This was a critical matter brought to our attention by law enforcement officials. We had to immediately remove the server.

The Owner does admit that he had to handle many Copyright related Issues . By a Simple Google search you could find out several Blogs hosted on Blogetery providing links to copyright content : Check here .

The Burstnet Representative had also confirmed that they had refunded the Owner as he had other servers with them and had notified him that his server was Terminated .

On visiting any website hosted by Blogetery it gives us this :

We’re trying to resolve the situation.

The Large Number’s been taken down quickly was sudden , and the type of Action that the Authorities will take to deal with the Copyright material will vary .
