Apple adds Multi Tasking to iPhone 4.0 OS including iAd



Today at the Apple’s Event , Steve Jobs has rolled out a new OS for the Apple iPhone 3G , iPhone 3GS , iPod Touch 2nd generation and the 3rd generation . The new iPhone 4.0 OS update will include over 100 new features on their Devices most wanting of all – Multitasking , Folder Management including Drag and Drop features , iBooks , Better Mail , iAd , 5x Digital Zoom for the iPhone camera and much more features that are not yet mentioned .

With Multitasking Users can switch between apps , which Steve had promised that it wont interfere with the Performance of the system or reduce the battery life a lot .

With the New Mailing features that will be added , users can now work with attachments , have an application to be opened on the Device .

The iBook’s feature will also be available on the iPhone and iPod touch now , as it was included in the iPad . There will be a better gaming center as the developers have worked and set up a new API to enhance the functionality of the iPhone and the iPod touch applications . This will also bring in more rich features and gaming network which apple will be launching later this year .

Apple will also be working on Mobile Advertising which will provide users with rich media ads and include ad’s from Televisions and Social networks .

Enterprise – iPhone OS 4 offers more useful features for businesses. With enhancements to security, scalability, and compatibility, IT managers have even more reasons to deploy iPhone throughout their enterprises.

This will also include new enterprise features like Data protection , SSL VPN support , Mobile Device Management , Wireless App Distribution and Improved Mail as Described on the Apple’s Homepage .

Well All the above features do give us a lot of insight into the new iPhone 4.0 OS , including the other 100 + features which Apple will be including .
